		Zero Down Mortgages

The no money down mortgage is a great way to become a home owner without the burden of trying to save up for a down payment. Your mortgage payment is usually less than what you would be paying in rent. How this works is that the banks will rebate you the 5% down payment which you don’t have to repay to them if you stay in the house for 5 years. The interest rate is very competitive and with interest rates most likely going up, this is a good time to buy a home.

Qualifying is not as hard as you would think. We get asked all the time, what’s the catch, there is no catch. If you can answer yes to most of the following, there is a good chance that we can get you a mortgage and into home ownership.

Are you currently working or have an alternative income (government assistance )
Do you have any credit cards or loans (car loans etc) and are your payments up to date.
Have you filed your income tax returns?
Will you be able to come up with closing costs (lawyer fees), this is approx $1500.00.
There is no cost to you for us to help you get a mortgage and buy a home.
